Position: AI Prompt Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and optimize prompts for Generative AI applications to support product development and business operations as per project needs.
- Create and maintain reusable prompt templates, system instructions, guardrails, and structured output formats to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Prepare test datasets and evaluate prompt performance based on accuracy, consistency, relevance, safety, and efficiency.
- Document prompt versions, experiment results, improvement recommendations, and user guidelines for internal project teams.
- Refine prompts based on user feedback, model updates, and evolving business needs.
