- Manage brand relationships post-handover from Business Development team
- Maintain product listings, pricing, and content across e-commerce platforms
- Monitor merchant and brand performance based on existing agreements
- Coordinate with internal teams (Ops, Marketing, Product) for execution of brand initiatives
- Handle documentation and coordination with Brand and Legal teams
- Prepare and present performance activity reports for business reviews
- Set and monitor KPIs for Account Executive (if any)
- Ensure timely execution of campaigns across platforms (e.g. Shopee, Tokopedia, GoApotik Store)
- Set up campaign activities via CMS (banners, push notifications, etc.)
- Update platform store decorations (±500 changes/month)
- Sync and update product pricing and promotional assets regularly
- Create and manage platform vouchers (Tokopedia, Shopee, etc.)
- Collaborate with Ops and BD teams to ensure smooth campaign rollouts
