- Support end-to-end financial operations and reporting for the Business Enabler unit
- Extract and reconcile financial data from various sources (e.g., marketplace portals, internal systems)
- Analyze revenue, cost, and margin to provide business insights
- Prepare accurate and timely financial and operational reports (monthly closing, ad-hoc reports)
- Organize and maintain financial documentation and reporting files
- Identify and suggest process improvements in financial workflows
- Collaborate in ad-hoc projects, such as data validation, audits, or new system implementation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business, Operations, Tax) to ensure smooth financial processes

- Min. bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- Had 2 or more years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Tax in E-Commerce, Retail/FMCG, Pharmaceutical / Healthcare Tech, or any Startup/Tech-Driven Business
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace
- Familiar with Power Query for data transformation
- Knowledge of marketplace operations (Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop) is a plus
- Experience with tools like Jubelio or other marketplace seller platforms
- Detail-oriented and accurate in handling large volumes of financial data
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, especially during monthly closings
- Proactive and takes initiative to solve operational issues and improve processes
- Quick to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, or workflows
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across departments
- Responsible and committed to delivering complete, accurate financial outputs
