- Maintain and strengthen relationships with regulatory bodies related to telemedicine operations.
- Ensure teleconsultation services comply with applicable regulations, SOPs, and internal policies.
- Oversee QC processes and review consultation records to ensure clinical quality and documentation completeness.
- Monitor doctors’ performance based on quality indicators and patient feedback.
- Provide structured performance feedback and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
- Ensure completeness and validity of regulatory and legal documents related to teleconsultation services.
- Identify compliance risks and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare periodic compliance and governance reports for management.
